The CRM application is included in the standard monthly fee for all versions of YachtSpec Lite.
The customer details area is where contact information is stored together with the type of customer they are, lead status and the types of boats they are interested in.
YachtSpec automatically records all customer activity within the system. This history can also be updated manually to record activity outside YachtSpec.
Individual or mass emails can be sent from YachtSpec with full html support. In either case, the full email is added to the history of each customer receiving the email.
